Landmark was originally built in 1969 and were
 apartments until 2001.  At that time, a developer
 purchased and reconstructed the units into a lovely
 setting of multi-unit homes on beautiful St. Andrews
Bay in Panama City, Florida.  Each unit is
 individually owned and some units are available for
long term rentals.
